Quick and not very in-depth. All they seemed bothered with was getting people to start work ASAP to cover the staff who continually leave - not many staff have been here for over two years

it was fair. interviewed by two managers. interview was 30mins long. Questions are the common care assistant position questions any organization would ask. I would say prepare though, you will never know.
