They make you go through a thousand interviews before they let you know if you got the job.
You would have to interview with an Associate and if they liked you, you would get a chance interview with one or both of the Senior partners.
Then you would most likely get a call back after that interview (if they liked you). Interviewers will talk to you real nice about how good the law firm is, but trust me there is not one thing good about working for a firm like this, and if you don't believe me try to get hired here.
