should state a price range if not keen to hire candidate who request for the higher tier range and question candidate during the job interview if he/she is sure the rate and should keep candidate updated of interview outcome as promised to do so and send a courtesy reply to update even when not shortlisted . keep pushing candidates for a fast interview but out come as above, quite disappointing . Also HR shouldn't question about no age written on Resume as new rule is no age discrimination ?

Interview
The interview is the boss of the company. He asked questions on what portals should go to apply wp, ep, put up ad and sarcastically say I was not that familiar which I think I have answered most of it correctly except the grants he was talking. In fact, grants to SME usually is not handled by HR. When I said all info is in the website, can explore it but his attitude was bad to pin point his ex-staff "stupid" when he said even the information were in the website, his ex-staff can tell him "don't know". I am not sure if I have stopped HR for 2 years that is why his attitude not so right but this is not the reason to make an interviewee feel uncomfortable in the whole interview. I can tell he is a very difficult boss. He could not specify clearly on the job description when I asked him as I realized the description given by the agent was quite mismatch of what he had told me.
