The first interview was pretty nice. It was more a conversation with two tech guys and 1 person from the RH. Mainly about what I did in the previous jobs, how I like to work, what I do if some problem happens, questions like that. Nothing very hard like I said, it was more a discussion about previous experiences and also I could ask question about the culture of the company and how their process works. There was a small code challenge to solve in a white board which is kind of boring to do since you never code in a white board, but it was not difficult and even their evaluation of the solution makes you discuss about performance, best practices, etc, so, it's not something like "your solutions is not good, thanks", it's really a talk.
The second one was virtual because of the covid. The RH person said they usually prefer doing in person but doing the circumstances it had to be virtual. This one was more technical, if I remember well there was a more elaborate challenge to code, in a real IDE. But again, even though it's an interview, they make you feel like it's more a discussion not a Q&A.
I didn't continue in the process because they stopped the process saying that they would freeze new hires waiting for some stability about the covid situation. But in general, it was one of the best process I participated, the person in the RH, Maika, is very friendly and really makes you want to join the company
