      I interviewed at Mirum (Zug)

      Interview

The first interview was with a junior recruiter who asked only very basic, scripted questions. It felt as though they were simply working their way down a checklist, with no genuine interaction, no meaningful discussion, and no in-depth questions about my experience or background. Afterwards, I had a call with the CHRO, who joined the interview about 15 minutes late. She already seemed stressed and mentioned that she needed to end the interview five minutes early because she had another meeting and still needed time to prepare for it. I didn't feel comfortable during either of these interviews. Overall, it gave me the impression that the company does not place much importance on attracting and engaging new talent or providing a positive candidate experience.
