Standard Procedure was initiated with Head of Global Talent, followed by Technical Session with CPO and Organizational & Business Oriented session with CEO. Swift process and liaison with the sessions. Smooth & warm welcome onboard, entire Mishipay was aware of the new joinees. Accommodated the interview sessions as per my availabilities during late hours & on off days.
