Interview
Easy, short and friendly . You can do one of the interviews online which is good.
You go through with a presentation on a topic of your choice then an english assessment and then a HR interview

Interview
After application, I was asked to prepare a presentation on any subject within the field to present. Ended up waiting for almost 50 minutes after my scheduled time. That part went fine with questions like why I want to join academia, who were my professors in university, etc. Then comes an English assessment, where I talked on a Zoom meeting a few days later with an English professor. Then I went for an HR meeting, with the normal questions of how to deal with a problem from a student, how to make them listen, most stressful situation and expected salary.
The issue comes when we move to the Masters, where despite typically having a 5-year duration, they require you to register on the first semester or else you leave the job position. The salary is little (min salary) when you compare to the amount of work needed.
