After an initial online interview, I got invited to play the game with other candidates. No pressure but just enjoyed the game without thinking about the process or the cameras.

Microsoft Teams interview, interviewer was friendly, went over the responsibilities of the role and asked about transferable skills from previous work but also asked about interests outside of work, next stage is being called into the building to play one of the games with other candidates, heard back from them shortly afterwards offering me the position
