Had two interviews, both virtually. They asked questions about my experience and skills but nothing too technical, it's an entry level position. Communication was slow but everyone I met was very nice and polite.

I had to complete a work exercise and submit it within two business days, and then I was eventually interviewed by two employees via video chat. They were welcoming, and the questions were fairly average. The interview was 30 minutes.

After applying, I received an automated email thanking me for applying. Then a recruiter emailed me and sent me a worksheet to complete, demonstrating my excel skills and understanding. After I sent back the worksheet, I was told that I wasn't selected to move forward in the hiring process.
