Extended interview. I met with multiple people in the department and in administration. Most questions centered around previous experience, as well as some behavioral questions. I also gave a prepared presentation.

The interview itself was fine and the people were friendly and welcoming. However, it took several attempts to get reimbursed for travel and, post-visit, I received absolutely no word from them again. Come to find out later, they have hired two other people.

1. Phone interview with director supervisor in department
2. On-site interview + class observation with supervisor, department chair, and dean
On-site interview was about 6 hours. It included lunch with the above people. Skills to instruct were given to candidate at least 1 week in advance. Class observation was full class instruction (50 minutes) complete with handouts and activities.
