I was interviewed directly by the director herself, which was a pleasant surprise. She came across as very friendly, warm, and approachable, which helped ease my nerves. The interview was relatively short—lasting around 15 minutes—but it felt efficient and focused. There was only one round of interview, and the conversation covered key aspects of the role without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a positive and comfortable experience.
