This is a FAKE review, written by an ex-employee. We have had 3 disgruntled ex-employees who enjoy writing several of these negative reviews. We just recently started to interview again in Nov. 2015. Before that, our last interview was in Feb. 2015. We didn't interview anyone during the time frame of this posting.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MoTek Technologies (Valencia, CA)
Interview
you will either get a phone call or an email from someone on the team asking when you will be available to come in and meet with everyone and the CEO. If you get passed this point the CEO will take you out to eat somewhere with an offer letter.
Interview process is based on 2 things.
1. Does the CEO like you
2. how much money will you make the CEO
If you get a go on these 2 things you will most likely get hired. No prior experience is needed just need to be able to do what you are told when you are told to do it. Put the company first.
