We have 2 rounds of interview. First a call of about 15 minutes with the Recruiter or the HR Manager. They are very basic questions like, do you require sponsorship?, do you have a valid work authorization?, When can you start?. The second round is an interview with the Store Manager that asks you questions based on real life scenarios and customer interactions. Can you explain a difficult situation you faced with a customer and how did you handle that? Do you have experience working with phones and tablets, How would you explain technical concepts to customers in non technical terms?
