I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mobilelink (San Antonio, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
I was sent an email regarding an open position that was available. I interviewed for about 15 minutes and left not expecting anything since the interview was lackluster. I "received" an offer letter but was interviewed after by phone with another member of management. The offer letter was sent to my spam folder and didn't have an area for signature to accept nor an address/email/fax to send back to stating that I had accepted the offer. The offer letter stated that I was hired for one position but I was verbally told I would be doing another job. Overall, no structure!!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mobilelink (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Typical interview process. The guy who hired me is no longer with the company but he was one of the only good people there. Anyone who actually cares about the company gets demoted or let go. I'm glad I left before it was done to me.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mobilelink (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2015
Interview
it was a joke. they gave me 20 minutes advanced notice of the interview. i was in jean shorts. it was just typical questions you would get at any retail sales interview
