interview was just about are u comfortable to work in shifts and the total process for selection was taken on basis of a written test which consists of 4 sections
1 aptitude
2 technical
3 ms office
4 hr qns
and the exam is of 100 marks and the cutoff for interview is 50
technical is totally based on drilling and mainly on directional drilling

They ask me basic questions about the drilling process and drilling parameters. Spoke to me about the job and my education. Talked to me about the day to day assignments you will be required to do.
