Very easy , there was a second round of interviews and i recognized almost everyone’s face from the first round. In the first round the head manager talked mostly about the company and asked maybe 3 questions and the second round was a one on one learning with a current employee
The company however seemed like a scam to me. They wanted to me to work 8am to 8pm doing direct sales and if we didn’t get the sales we basically got paid nothing for the day
To top it off the interview was supposed to be for a marketing internship and it was never brought up

Interview
1. Meet with manager for 10-15 to get to know each other which is fairly easy.
2. Meet 1-1 wirh other persons to have a deeper understand what they do.
Lastly, they will contact if they see you’re good enough after 2-3 hours when the interview ended

TOTAL SCAM!!! They made it seem like were a new marketing firm who was expanding rapidly, in reality it was a total scam they make you sell Xfinity in walmart for a crazy amount of hours and an extremely low pay rate.
