1. Online meeting with the People & Talent Lead (line manager)
2. Interview online with People & Talent Lead and the VP of Ops, this included a task which included a presentation based on a potential scenario.
3. I was invited to meet with some of the team in person in the London HQ, including the UK GM and the Ops Director and I had a follow up chat with the People & Talent Lead. This was great because I had a good opportunity to prep some questions and I really got a good insight to life at Modern Milkman. After my interview I had a short tour of the office which was nice because I met some of the team in that day, I also got to sample a bit of product too :)
4. The final stage was a meeting with the COO who is based in Boston.
I was kept informed along the way and I was given a clear timeline of the interview and was told how many stages when I applied for the role, they were transparent about the salary from the very beginning.
