The individual interviewing groups were diligently prepared, senior management team interview (2 hours); interview with resident representatives (2 hours); interview with on-site management team (1 hour). The interviews were conducted of two days, it appeared that resident and on-site manager groups asked non-rehearsed questions. The process was well organized and professionally conducted.
