Best way is to go to a temp agency and tell them you're thinking about changing careers into the tech industry. They have MIP support on speed dial since support is always understaffed.
We work through very few temp agencies and external recruiters since we have a Recruitment team of our own on staff however thank you for the feedback -it's always valuable to hear what we are doing well - We appreciate the input!
