Smooth. Recruiter is excellent. Yes they do make a few questions here and there but maintly is having a conversation with a stranger. If you have sales skills and you are confortable with showing who you are and you have an outgoing personality it should be fairly easy process.

My first call back was from a gentleman named Ed Thomas. The call from start to finish was overwhelmingly positive. He was friendly, informative, professional.
