The process took about one to two months and had two interviews both onsite. The questions were fairly general and nothing challenging. The interviewers were very professional and nice so I didn't feel too nervous during the process.

was good, initial screening than 1st stage and 2nd stage. However it took a very long time, applied June and finished August so i would recommend in future to proceed with other jobs

Contacted by recruiter via LinkedIn, but I was not sent the full job title or description prior to HR screening call, then was expected to have known the details before our call (luckily I did my own research and was prepared). Interviewer didn’t seem to have reviewed my resume before interview either. Overall HR felt disorganized. They also had me fill out a paper application instead of a web link which felt archaic, and asked for my social security number on the application, which shouldn’t even be needed at that stage. Proceeded to next step interview with hiring manager and was then ghosted after being told they would definitely be in touch. No response to my follow-up, no feedback, not told when they decided to go with another candidate etc. Very off-putting experience compared to interviews I’ve had with other companies. Their HR/recruiting needs some work and training. It’s 2022 and treating your candidates poorly, especially when you sought them out to begin, makes them never want to work for you.

Really positive. The talent team was incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful. I explained to them that I was working on a deadline because I had received an offer from another organization and needed to get them an answer, and the entire team worked to make it happen and get me in front people. I did a few one-on-ones and then finally a panel interview which was relaxed and not stressful.

Was process driven - there was a two stage interview. The first stage was a 121 interview. The second stage was a task - a presentation. The person I was communicating with at their internal recruitment was great, but they did take a while to come back to me.

Virtual interview that was roughly 30 minutes and was relatively informal and we had a good discussion about the role and had some laughs, which makes a change! Really good interview :)

I was referred to this role by a internal employee and contacted by a recruiter to interview. The first call went great, and he was impressed by my experience and was looking to schedule a video call with the team for the 2nd call. It's been almost 3 weeks and I've followed up twice. There has been no follow-up or response from the recruiter. Painfully unprofessional but not atypical. Disappointing introduction for an agency that is so highly regarded.

A very painful process. Talent Recruiter was 40 minutes late to call. Second call was with ECD and booked in the morning of - no prep time. ECD was extremely rude, hardly listened, and went through their own book. Didn’t even really ask about mine. They also complained about their coworkers.

I had an in-person interview which I thought went well. However I didn't hear anything back despite them saying they'll let me know. I had to chase the in-house recruiter who couldn't give me a definite answer, and when he did he couldn't provide any feedback. I thought it was lazy recruiting and bad manners on their end.

It is quite a long process but they ask several questions about the company and background. Do your research about the company. Be prepared and be sure to check possible questions online
