I’ve never seen such an absurd interview process. As I understand, you need to see a sample, but who really cares how I copy and paste text? I gave up once I had to take TWO more assessments after the writing sample. I clicked blindly because I was uninterested at that point. Stay far away unless you want to be put through agony and never even been spoken to. HR should at least speak to an individual.
