Monadnock Ledger-Transcript interview questions

One day of interviews, first with editors, then with the publisher. They asked me to interview fairly quickly after I applied online through JournalismJobs.com. After the interview but before getting hired. I was asked to cover an event on a freelance basis because they were short reporters.
