Thanks for your feedback. It's challenging for a small start-up without dedicated HR department to keep track of more than 200 applicants for a position, but we give an answer to everyone applying and try to keep the process as streamlined as possible to not let you wait for too long.
The hiring process is still ongoing and I (CEO) took all the motivation interviews in the first step and if you didn't get an answer after the interview, it can mean two things:
1. You're on-hold as we're waiting for the previous batch of candidates who applied before you to finish the next step before accepting more people in the hiring challenge phase, which takes a lot of our time. I apologize if this step takes too long for you.
2. You didn't follow up after the motivation call and I'm still waiting. I ask after every motivation interview ("Take time to digest the conversation and let me know if what you learned from Monito and the job description confirmed your interest in the role""
Any ways, I apologize if the hiring process didn't meet your expectations, but I'd encourage you to reach out through the existing channel to understand which point correspond to your situation.
