Interview
It felt well structured. It involved a telephone pre-screen with a pleasant recruiter, and then two rounds of interviews with 3 employees. The first round was more technical with a combination of general and situational questions, the second round was more casual. The questions felt fair, and the employees interviewing friendly enough.
