The interview process was relaxed but thorough. They're friendly but also made sure to ask all the right questions. You'll definitely have to go through a few interview processes from talent acquisition, HR, team leads, department heads etc

There will be a test provided for you to complete within a time frame to test your critical thinking skills
Three tier interview: recruiter, Manager & Director interviews. Recruiter was pretty disabled during the interview, asked very standard, run-of-the-mill questions. Not great at following up re next steps or replying to emails. Overall, a fast process but communication is not strong.

Three stage process.
Following screening, you will have an interview with the team. If successful, you proceed to a presentation to your prospective colleagues.
The final presentation simulates a work project, outlining a project plan for a make-believe client.
