Interview
Wow! The interview process was amazing. Everyone I interviewed with was very professional, to the point and really made me feel like they cared about my time. I had a total of four interviews. I submitted my resume and shortly after received a call from the Community Director. I proceeded to have an in person interview with her then was passed onto the Regional Manager a couple days later. This is a company that really cares about the interviewers time and really stresses the opportunities and hospitality for both the employee and residents.

Originally interviewed for Asst Manager position in SF, then was recommended for the Asst position at a sister property so I had 2 interviews for that role... Didn't get either of those... But since they seemed to like me they had me interview AGAIN at a 3rd property. It turned out for the best because I love this property and the location but the interview process was a long one.
