It was great for me. I interviewed by phone with the recruiter. She brought me in to meet her, the hiring manager, three colleagues, and the VP of the department. The first part of the processes went very quickly and no horrible application to fill out. I just sent in my resume! Very professional. If you deal with the recruiting director then you will have a good experience. I interviewed with many companies and she was the most professional out of all of them! One con was the waiting after the offer. They have to submit all offers to the board and you have to wait until that goes through. The other con was that I had to wait two months for health insurance.
