I found the job listing on Indeed.com. I visited Montereau's website and applied for the position there. I was interviewed by the You're First department manager, who was pleasant and easy to talk to. However, I left the interview confused as to the real nature of the position. Because of the health-care nature of the job, a special background check was required along with drug testing. I did have to wait a few days for a group orientation session.
