Montgomery County Intermediate Unit interview questions

The interview process consisted of a phone screening with HR, followed by a virtual interview and then an in-person interview, both of which took around 1 hour each. The virtual and in-person interview consisted of a 3-4 person panel (HR Director, Director, Assistant Director and a Program Admin - depending on the position, the PA would be whoever your direct supervisor is). The interview primary consisted of a lot of situational questions.
