Question 1
How do you feel about customer service and answering phones?
I applied online. I interviewed at Montlick Injury Attorneys (Buckhead, GA) in Oct 2023
Interview
I only was able to get to the first step in the process. It isn't really an interview, but instead you take a written test for 2 hours. It is about your history (even though you filled all that information out already), what you would do in specific situations, correcting paperwork, spelling and grammar, and scheduling. It wasn't too hard but I was told before the interview that it was more of a "placement" test or "personality" test... I didn't think it was. Although they, also, stated it could put me in a more specific position if my skills don't align with being a paralegal at their firm. That did not happen. I was informed that I was not a good fit for the firm.

Question 1
Review what was stated above. It wasn't even really an interview. More of a meeting with HR and a test.
