I was contacted by phone, then email to schedule an interview. When I showed up, I waited over an hour to be seen. The partner was all over the place and seemed so stressed out.

I was contacted by email and invited to come in. Got there waited 2 h to be seen ( partner was dealing with a crisis). Everything went well. She also asked about availability and pay range.
