Interview
Was a 3 stage interview process. 1st was a video interview with the hiring manager (QA Test Lead) and another guy from the payment team. She asked about my general testing experience and my opinion on what I think "Quality" is. I went through to the 2nd stage which was a testing exercise on an article App. The task was to report on the bug prioritisation etc. 3rd and final stage was at their HQ in Moorgate, with 4 people. The QA Lead (Hiring Manager) and 3 mobile engineers/developers, this included a tour of the office, which is quite cool. Everyone was nice, the Mobile Engineers asked quite technical questions on tools and processes that I currently use. Once I had finished my interview I had to wait about a week for feedback. Although it was a no, I was extremely impressed with: the way Monzo treated me and how much detailed feedback they gave me something that I've never had before. The recruiter literally spent about 45 minutes on improvements etc I can make, which was much appreciated from me! This to me shows that Monzo generally care about the candidates that apply for their roles and their staff. I will be sure to work on the feedback given to me and potentially reapply in the near future.

Interview
The entire process from start to end was far too long.
Never any acknowledgements when requesting confirmations of emails sent.
Filling in time slots availability as requested for different stages of interview was fruitless at times.
Had to chase up a lot why they did not confirm a date, only to find out later that for some stages of interviews time slots selected were not suitable to them. Leads me to think why they didn't say that by email so i could select alternate or even give them free reign of date/times. Makes me think had I never chased this up I wouldn't have got further in the process as I had done.
Had to do a lot of chasing up.
Being told a time frame they would reply back and not sticking to it and not even saying there is a delay for whatever reason in my opinion is very unprofessional.
The entire interview process from start to finish was way too long. There is absolutely no excuse for that.
The interviewers at all stages of the interview processes came across as very friendly etc.
However this to me holds no credibility as to the professionalism of the company as a whole.
The structure of the final interview was one of the worst I have ever had. Three different interviews by two different people at each stage. Much of what I said at one interview I had to repeat at the other two interviews.
I thought it would be a great company to work for had I been selected because everyone came across really friendly etc., unfortunately will never know now.
They even apologised in an email for not getting back to me as they said they would, with a response after the face to face interviews. I even chased it up twice afterwards.
To anyone who applies for work at Monzo, be prepared for long waits between each stage of the selection process. Good Luck to anyone that applies.

Interview
Incredible slow process.
Gap of 3-4 weeks between each stage of interview, or even to get a response
Any kind of communication from the applicant side has been ignored. it was more of a one sided communication.
At one point as an applicant i was forced to feel like unwanted due to their poor communication
Interview questions [1]
