      Got contacted by a recruiter who asked basic questions about things form my resume. Scheduled an interview a few days later. Interview was straightforward. No absurd questions. Asked about past experience and how you approach problem solving. Interviewed by a panel of 4

      Typical questions by the hr book. 1 on 1 with discussion of previous jobs which led into why I wanted to change careers and where I saw myself in the next 5, 10 and 15 year milestones/marks. There was some standard getting to know you type discussion of interests and hobbies. Finally we did a plant tour to show build cells and the manufacturing environment that I would be working in.
