I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Moon Active (Istanbul) in Sep 2023
Interview
Interview process took about 4-5 phases. At the end, they wanted a scalable solution for a Simon Says game. I implemented a modular, scalable game which benefits from dependency injection, SOLID principles. But the person who created the case PDF and the interviewer (who examined my solution) was not the same person so he found my case "complicated". Weeks of effort and case and they responded via a cold email that says my case was "complicated". After negative response, I asked for more detailed feedback, they said they will provide in a week or two. Didn't hear from them since (it has been 11 months).
