I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Moonward
Interview
The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes, but it ended up lasting around 17 minutes. It was conducted in person with the company’s COO. The COO began by briefly introducing the company and the general scope of the role, but there wasn’t much detail shared about the specific job responsibilities or salary range.
Interestingly, I was not asked to give a self-introduction, and the conversation moved directly to a question about why I wanted to leave my current company and join theirs. I explained that I was mainly interested in the position based on the job description I had seen. The discussion stayed quite surface-level and didn’t include any technical or project-related questions.
Overall, the interview felt rather short and somewhat waste of time, as I didn’t really get the opportunity to demonstrate my skills or learn much about the position. The next day, I received an email informing me that the company had decided not to move forward with my application.
