A couple rounds of phone interviews, then behavioral and cognitive exams, candidate assessment then in person interview, flew out to California met the team from about 8am -1pm . Then a few Skype interviews with partners and CEO.

Interview
The hiring process is very long and you should be ready to come in to interview at least 3-4 times. You will interview first with the Manager of Associates, next round with Associate Consultants, next round with a Consultant and final round with the COO. There was also a practical where you are given a document to edit as well as a practice cold call.
