Did a screening round with them discussing my suitability for the buyer role along with salary expectations and eventually did a manager round with Morgan Williams. The interview went a bit over time but I thought it was smooth overall. I answered all questions satisfactorily and even recommended some process improvements within the company. Got a call from Robert Half after 3 hours saying "they thought I would be bored in the role".
