I applied to the role via a Linkedin job posting. I was contacted directly by the hiring manager to schedule a Teams meeting. Was then told that I would potentially interview with a 2nd person. It took over a week for this person to reach out to schedule the interview. After the 2nd interview was held over Teams, I never heard back from the team. Where was the HR team throughout this whole process? Having a contact to discuss interview process, rate of pay, or to direct questions to after the interviews when the hiring managers were unresponsive would have been helpful. I interviewed with the company over two months ago and at the time of this review posting, the role seems to be still posted on their website.
