It was a quite easy zoom interview, they asked some general questions about my previous work experience, education and foreign languages knowledge, expectations about this job and so on. I was interviewed only by a person from HR, not by my future manager.

Could you please tell us about your work experience in customer service.
They send an automated test once you submit application but the I haven't heard from them since. Didn't get rejected nor informed about further actions to take. Left me hanging.
