I received a call from their HR person within a couple days of submitting my application. She was very nice over the phone and went through my resume as part of a pre screening for the actual interview. She said I had applied for a sales position, but she wanted to move me to entry level management. I asked what that was and she quickly dismissed me and told me I would find out more at the interview. I also asked if it was a door to door sales position based on 100% commission, and she laughed and said no, why does everyone keep asking that? I went in to the interview and met with the man doing the hiring. The interview process was just him asking questions about myself and explaining the company. At the very end of the interview he asked if I had questions and I asked if this was a door to door sales position based on 100% commission and it is. Overall the interview process was easy.
