Mountain View Concepts interview questions

I applied through LinkedIn and received a call within two days of applying. Steven was very positive and definitely made me feel welcome when I came in for my first interview! The ambience at the office was great - they had music playing, some business magazines out as well as pictures of the team throughout the lobby - it was a great first impression vibe! The initial interview with Cody was somewhat short, but he was very patient in answering any questions that I had. I received a call later that evening from Steven for the next portion of the interviews and I'm excited to see what that entails!

3 part interview. They did not tell me that it was a 3 step process. The interview sounded like a scripted sales pitch. They only focused on the Management Training Program, but made it sound like the job that I was applying for based on my qualifications and knowlege.
