Interview
First I met with the chef one-on-one to discuss some background, interests, and pursuits. They asked many questions pertaining to knowledge of different types of pastries or cooking. Then we scheduled a four-day trial period of work in order to assess both skill level, work ethics and to allow me to gauge if I like the environment at Mourad.
