There were three stages: a call with the recruiter, a technical interview, and a final interview. I felt it was very professional and all participants were really interested in it. The recruiter showed real involvement, you are not another IT guy to her.
The technical interview included questions in Google Colab related to Python and SQL, based on real cases. A major advantage was that the data was generated, so there was no need to spend much time exploring it - it was quite straightforward.
The final interview was a call with the CMO, Head of Marketing, and Lead Data Analyst. My final feedback was that I lacked sufficient communication skills, so at this stage you really need to focus on delivering clear messages, avoid going too deep into technical details, and speak in business terms rather than technical ones.
