Recruiter screen, technical interview, HM screen, more technicals then an onsite. Extremely long process. Engineer that was hosting my technical interview was extremely disengaged and gave zero positive or negative feedback/affirmations during the problem. Would have had a much better experience and might have even solved the problem had they had given even a nod of acknowledgement. Recruiter was great and all the interactions on that end were positive.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Moveworks (Mountain View, CA) in Apr 2026
Interview
There were 4 rounds
2 coding
1 system design
1 behavioral.
Problems were leetcode style hard and medium, system design. Be prepared to answer all the questions around it. My interview went well just in one round 5 test cases didn't pass and I think so got rejected due to that
It was a long interview. The whole process took 4 weeks. I applied directly. There was an initial 30 min recruiter phone screen where he asked abnout my experience and the job. After that I got a 1 hour technical interview with a senior engineer. It was similar to word break. After that, I was invited to a virtual onsite loop with 2 coding rounds, 2 system design rounds, 1 hr round and a 30 min product demo. The questions were medium-hard leetcode style, they were similar to string, hashing problems. The system design rounds were also medium level with a deep foucs on explaing the core concepts. Overall, the level was close to hard.
