The HR process was really cool, with a conversation about my former experience and more details about the position and the company. I had two interviews with the development team, the first was to answer questions about Java and Spring Framework. The second was a whiteboard, asking me to describe how I would create a system for monitoring automotive insurance. I got upset because they assured me they would make an offer, but after several weeks of waiting, I got a message saying the company would freeze the hiring process because another project was canceled. If you're not sure, don't say something is guaranteed. I gave up on another hiring process for nothing.

Relaxed atmosphere, easy-going interviewers, informative explanation of the company, very respectful attitude towards the applicant, realistic and honest evaluation of applicant´s performance. Interviewers posed relevant questions, with emphasis on academic achievements and personal job related interests.
