I interviewed with senior-level officers, and it was refreshing to have this sort of informal yet formal interview. They gave me the option to do virtual or in-person. They kept it casual while still providing professional responses about workplace culture, professional development, expectations, etc. I was able to ask questions, and they were extremely candid and transparent, which is rare. I felt like they were interested in hiring me but wanted to be intentional about who they hire because of the culture they are trying to shape; this honesty is hard to come by in interviews. This was one of the best interview processes I have ever completed.
