The recruiter reached out after I submitted resume on LinkedIn. Then had a call with recruiter. Then call with geotech and structural. Then interview in person all day with various engineers in office.

Interview
1.5 hours long - 1 hour interview, 30 min lab tour. I think I got lucky because my interview was at the end of the day. Most people these days seem to have to do a full day interview.
