Interview
Responded to Project Manager posting on Authentic Jobs. Was contacted within 2 days and invited to come in for an in-person interview. Met with Senior Project Manager and one of the principals. As one other interviewer here on Glassdoor mentioned, they were quite frosty, and socially awkward. There was an apparent lack of joy and enthusiasm for their work, which strangely contrasted with the bright and vibrant environment of the studio and gallery space. After each question that was asked, the principal looked down and could not maintain eye contact. They have an office dog that was present in the conference room, and they seemed more focused on the dog than me, the interviewee. It was apparent that this was not a fit and I was quickly ushered out after they finished their round of questions.

Interview
Met initially with two people I would be working with directly, Lead Researcher and Project Manager. Then met with the entire team for an interview. It was intimidating, one of the co-founders really grilled me, but that's just his personality. It was overall fun and lighthearted. They got back to me quickly and I was super excited to work for them.
