Mullin International interview questions

I first spoke to a recruiter who scheduled a phone screen with the executive hiring manager. She provided an overview of the company, the opportunity, and asked me questions about my approach to helping outplacement candidates find new positions more quickly.

Pleasant, informal and comfortable, but thorough and detailed. Behavioral Interviewing questions were asked. They wanted answers showing examples of previous success and accomplishments to ensure that experience and personality were a match for position and culture.
